We are committed to upskilling our staff! We provide our staff with a week of training utilising external organisations and our own internal knowledge base (such as the Ofsted Deep Dive Webinar we ran for teachers). Alongside this we run multiple courses and CPD opportunities throughout the year. From Gymnastics, Indo Boarding and Dance to Makaton, First Aid and Classroom based behaviour management we are always looking to further our learning, staff and offering.

As a result, when lockdown came along we decided it would be a great opportunity to provide some extra learning opportunities for our staff.

While the SLT had their heads down focussing on risk assessments, COVID protocols and returning to school procedures we were able to furnish our staff with a plethora of online learning that was best of all FREE.
